Why is Sudocrem making my cut bleed? - sudocrem for impatigo

I have a great bar in the tibia. It is deep, but it seems quite good. I'm going on vacation Saturday and I want to heal the court, I have Sudocrem on it.
But whenever I leave the cream for a while, starts easily, bleed or seep.
And if I go with the finger a crust is almost as if we remove the top layer, or something ..
Anybody know what's going on?
